Weather here in Munich did the trick. It's seventh weekend in a row when the forecasted (and likely actual) weather is substantially colder than any other week day. It is not very good for a work morale when there is +29 and sunny outside on workdays and you know that on a weekend it will be +18 and raining.
Looking forward to see a weather forecast for the eight's weekend, one starts on July 9th....
