German words
Jun. 30th, 2011 08:54 amJust two years ago I was not able to pronounce simple German words like Kreisverwaltungsreferat, Umsteigemöglichkeit or Rolltreppenbenutzungshinweise. Now it seems a trivial taks but unfortunately this is one of a very few areas my German improved.
It must be a common knowledge that just living in a country and occasionally speaking the language, even for years does not improve this language skills unless one really spends time and efforts in doing grammar exercises.
