Nude German bath
Jan. 15th, 2012 08:08 pmAfter living here in Germany last three years, we managed to visit a famous local attraction: nude bath.
Few observations (and no pictures :) under cut.
Our landlord given us two vouchers for Erding Therme as a Christmas gift. We have a very nice landlord. I guess it is not common to give expensive gifts to tenants, but few months before we paid him for two months usage of parking place which was unreachable because of construction works. I guess now we are even.
We've been in Erding Thermen before few times, but did not realize we were missing 50% of the area because we did not go to Textilfrei part. Before seeing all the area I laughed at their claims being world largest, but now I think they might be true.
It was our first time in this kind German textilfrei place, but we did not see anything very special. Actually as we noticed, almost everyone who is not drunk and is younger than ~60 was wearing robes or towels, except for being inside saunas and pools.
Hint1: There are two "black" fast slides, lower and higher. While riding on both was cool, the lower one is very rough for a spine, and higher is perfectly comfortable.
Hint2: Lunch in Vitaloase costs the same as in Thermenparadise, but there is more choice and food is healthier.
