1000$+ worth software free from Intel

izardI recently found out that the tools I use most in my daily work -
Intel C/C++ compiler and
Intel Vtune (Amplifier XE)
are now available for free. The catch is it will only work for Meego Linux distro. However compiler will emit the code for whatever you tell it I assume.
For other distros there is of course free 1 month evaluation license, but it expires fast. Buying includes support but would cost more then 1000$ for both products.
Compiler includes IPP and threading libraries by the way.
