Live from MWC Barcelona /2

At last I had some free time to stroll around. I had to work full time whole Sarurday(+ travel), Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Now I look around...
Like on many other trade shows there are nice girls on some booths. CBOSS once again have the best cast of professional Russians photo models/amateur dancers on display. They are posing eager photographers while a lady with thick Russian accent explains CBOSS product strategy. Then another lady who assumed the role of choreographer comes and shouts at girls in Russian to make them move. RSDN has a lot of good read about this kind of management style in the company.

But ladies are very nice.
There is a special place where I think some business development agencies from multiple countries present their growing start-ups: I've seen some from France, Israel, Belgium etc. I have not find Russia - may be because it is not about nano-technology... From small Russian companies I've only seen Spb Software. It secured a strategic place next to busy entrance to 1'st hall, near to IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Nvidia, Nokia etc. Their web site domain is cool too, and so is software.
Next to my stand there is a demo from Intel labs that is often overlooked by strollers. There are so many consumer targeted demos around that this one that shows high power low noise Ghz range frequency amplifier implemented on a die using 32nm process looks a bit neglected.

There is an Agilent box as transmitter, then signal goes through this amplifier and Agilent box at receiver examines it's characteristics.
MWC feels much more busy and interesting then CES btw. I will write more later, now will have to go and switch everything off for the night.
