Just got back from Chandler, AZ. Posting something now when memories last. It also helps against jet lag, a bit better then work actually :)
This guy is guarding deserted mountains. A ranger told us that she sets traps on these huge squirrels. They tend to dig into archeological sites, so when caught they are transported further to mountains.

We had some time on Sunday so we drove an Apache trail. (It's not related to a web server in particular and any other Apache foundation's software in general)
Prickly peach cactus fruit is tasty, but leaves too many tiny needles in hand's skin.

Some cactus have nice flowers when blooming:

When we've been there there was a lot of rains and thunderstorms so the desert looked quite colorful.
Here is a bird hunting for caterpillars on a cactus.

If you are attentive, you may see a caterpillar, it will be consumed in less then a second.
Just before landing in Munich today captain and then chief flight attended repeated several times: "Dear American citizens who just received a passport and went to your first trip in Europe! Please sign your passport now! If you don't, you'll be fined 1000E on passport control, and they only accept cash :)"
Work meetings were great but related to a product so secret that I cannot tell anything about w/o NDA. Hope they fix it soon, because it is so useful infrastructure thing that it needs to be in open source eventually!
