izardI never posted anything good about private companies, and don't plan to, but there is an exception.
I've used http://www.gemselect.com, and quite liked their service.
They send stuff to Russia, I've once asked them to send a gem to my mother as a birtday gift. Even when you pay a customs duty and then pay a local jeweler to put a gem to some setting you like, it's still up to 50% cheaper then to buy a similar thing at a local shop.It's even better if you try to build something by yourself like I did. Customer support replies instantly, and guys have a very convenient and informative web site, where there are a lot of very interesting and original articles about gems.
