Trip report: El Gouna
Sep. 29th, 2010 10:27 amJust got back from vacation. I've spent most of the time 1-2 meters under water taking pictures of colorful fish and corals.
The fish I've seen is not too exotic for the place, so please forgive me for two or three posts with boring pictures of sea life. Like this one:

The device I was using is the cheapest model of Kodak's digital underwater camera. Images quality are akin to those taken by cameras in mobile phones, so to select 20 so-so pics I had to erase about 800 pics from 18 swims.
My wife usually finds my hobbies too technical, but this time she even managed to take a somewhat worthwhile under water picture by herself:
