Quiz: which Intel CPU...

We will have a big renovation at the office soon, so ppl are getting rid of older stuff. I've got few goodies too. One of them is an old Intel key chain. Until about 2000 there were key chains with dies of 386, 486 and so on.
Can any one guess which CPU is it:

Quite an easy task considering it has last level cache off the die as you may see :)
