Here is a telegram from I.Stalin to V. Lenin about the situation in Petrograd in April 1917.

I did not know they used French for communication :)
Even more interesting one: letter from Stalin to Lenin explaining how they can help Afghan's rebels in fighting British in India and what would it cost.

I especially liked the passage:
"We will give him 10 or 5 experienced military instructors. Formally to help him, but in fact they should keep an eye on how he spends the money we are giving him. He is ok with that. ... It will cost us 100000 golden roubles now and 100000 annually, + 6000 rifles, + 12 machine guns, plus 12 or 8 cannons"
