Undewater pics north-west Bali
Dec. 4th, 2012 11:15 amWhile planning a next freediving trip I was looking through old pics taken near Menjangan and Lembongan. I found a few I did not include to any post yet. Will do 2 posts - this one with ppl, and the next about underwater life.
I was taking a photo of a snorkeler. At the same time she was shooting a picture of me.

I found her later and we exchanged our photos. Note how difference in lightning changes color of stripy fish between us. That looks like a deep blue, but it was a wall going from 2 meters to ~30 meters.
The guy at the background on a first pic was our guide.

He smokes a lot but nevertheless his dynamic and static results are 2x better than mine. (Though mine are nothing to be proud about, I would not even write the numbers until I get to two and a half minutes and 100 meters.)
Julia the snorkeler and our guide.

Same snorkeler as on the first pic.

And her husband, he was not a skilled swimmer so had to step down some times :(

I posted this one already, but I just like it.
