Climate control for managers

izardI am in California now, and like always in US I feel cold wearing t-shirt in a building.
I think now I know why they set climate control on low temp. Managers are to blame! I seen some hifh level managers, they are wearing 3 layers of clothes. So of course if they want to wear a suit they dont want to sweat.
