А чего вы не учите ребенка читать?
В Украине в таком возрасте детки уже как минимум буквы знают. Некоторые и читает. Моя племянница (ей еще нет трех) уже и все буквы знает, и слова коротенькие читает, и свое имя точно прочитать может.
