I bought a Wired magazine in a shop in the MUC airport to read on the MUC-TLV flight. The featured topic of the issue was Internet Of Things, a buzzword I like very much because it is another way to explain business people why embedded market had a potential to grow.
There were many very interesting articles, and some ads between them. Most of the ads were about various luxury brands. Good targeting: geeks and expensive watches and cars. However the biggest ad by the occupied space was about Viagra. As the journal's target audience is geeks, there were no pictures in the ad, just text. And the text was funny:
It was telling that viagra cannot be used as a prophylactic measure against AIDS and other STDs, and that people who use viagra may see blue color as green (or vice versa). Any way I think this ad could be better targeted in a business magazine that one for geeks, because ED is caused by stress, and there is hardly any stress in IT, comparing to business :)
