Dec. 8th, 2011 10:54 amWe went to election in Munich, voted there. A bit disappointed that IMHO the overall results were faked (according to simple statistics shown by my livejournal feed).
However in this particular case I do believe in "good tzar, bad feudal" concept. I don't see any sense for Putin and Medvedev to make things worse for them overall by winning few extra seats for the party they control. However it makes perfect sense for their subordinates, because of Parkinson's law.
In either case (whether my hypothesis above is true or not), state of Russia is ruled by a couple of either weak or wicked.
