Back in 2003 I was at my first job interview. I mean, as an interviewer. I was a bit proud of myself, though I was like interviewer number 5.

It happened so that the interview was the funniest one too. They guy was OK but a bit low motivated. We were all engineers (though in American company) and did not care much about hooray-style motivation. Once my colleague was a bit tired of motivational speech from our overseas manager and answered her question about our goals that the ultimate goal of our current project was building communism. She was a good manager, so she understood cultural differences and never delivered motivational speeches to us since.

The guy we were interviewing was particularly indifferent, but answered correctly most of our tough technical questions. Then someone asked the last question: why do you want to work at I...l? The answer was:
I don't. My wife told me I should apply to this position and come to the interview because working in international company could be better for my career. However I am so happy with my current job that nothing will make me switch to another one.
