My wife decided to spend less money on mobile and switch to O2 contract from Vodafone prepaid.
It took 4 days to activate SIM card :) Free phone does not work. It tells SIM card is activated but it is not. Web site tells it has some technical problems and suggests to try again later. Customer service in official O2 store tell that the only way to get assistance is to call a call center. (In Vodaphone, they were always ready to help)
Eventually it all worked, but I have a concern that savings on calls are based on reduced quality of customer service.
