Reading blogs of professionals now is probably the best way to get a better understanding of any trade. Especially for the trade you are in, it is often a source of a very valuable perspective which might be different from your own or those you can get from the peers.

So I read some blogs written by programmers, software project managers, software products marketing specialists. Some trainers/evangelists write some good stuff too. Those people do things that are similar to what I do at work. Similar but not really the same.

I know no (0) blogs of s/w consultants, who like me do short projects for different customers. Projects that are usually within some narrow area of expertise (e.g. for me and my colleagues that would be s/w performance evaluation and optimization for some specific use cases/hardware configs). The reason is probably confidentiality issues with customers. E.g. I don't post anything about my projects either. May be only some times if there is a generic technical thing that many developers could worry about.

But may be there is some crazy/brave/anonymous consultant that blogs about this kind of work? I'd love to find such blog! Any suggestions?
