Job ads: in German vs in English.

Recently I had an argument on a forum with a guy who lives in Canada. He told me that I am wrong assuming that US communication style is over-enthusiastic while European one is more modest and calm.

I had a counter-example from marketing material from web site of my European customer vs those of it's US competitor, but it's not quite suitable for posting to LJ.

So here is another one:
This is not a joke, rather just typical job ads for receptionist position. Job ads for s/w engineers or anything else are often very similar in style, with same clichees. So are often CVs :)

"

It does not make sense to post a typical german ad - no joy and enthusiasm, it's just job description, requirements and that's it.
For those with English as a first language - Russian ads are similar to German, so those above look a bit funny for at least for me.
